Our clients benefit from our Community Association Transition of Developer Control team’s extensive depth and experience in assisting community associations and condominium association with the delicate and sometimes complicated process of transitioning control of the board from the developer to the owners of the association.  Our team will review governing documents, assist in board election, and work in conjunction with our Construction Defects team to coordinate a facilities audit to ensure that the physical assets being transferred from the developer, such as common elements like framing, windows, plumbing, roofs, and exterior finishes are in acceptable condition when the transition occurs.
