At a certain point of owner occupancy, control of the community transitions from developer to homeowners. To avoid potential pitfalls, this class covers the manager’s and association’s responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition, financial and facilities audits, reserve studies, board selection, & transition meetings.
Light refreshments will be provided.
This class will be held each November and May; immediately following the CAI luncheon.
This course is approved by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill 1.5 hours of continuing education requirements for the CMCA certification. www.camicb.org
