Maintenance of a community and everything in it is dependent on the contracts between the association and its vendors. Liability, responsibility, the bidding process, vendor insurance and many other topics will be discussed.

Light refreshments will be provided. Please note, due to a scheduling conflict, this class is being held on a Thursday rather than the usual 2nd Tuesday.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

This class will be held each October and April.

This course is approved by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA certification.  www.camicb.org
